Market Development

We have extensive knowledge of positioning strategy, value proposition in-line with market requirements as well as preparation of appropriate presentation materials (e.g., PowerPoint business presentation, technology overview, technology features, roadmap, etc.). This includes sales forecasting, channel strategy, pricing, employee training (sales and technical) materials and recommending employee development courses, and certifications, etc.

 

Business/Entity Planning

Our extensive VC, turnaround and C-Level experience allows us to prepare/review departmental budgets, suggest multi-year financial plans, and create capital raise strategies based upon multiple funding scenarios. We can also identify potential funding sources and provide coaching and feedback sessions.

 

Sales and Partner Development

We know how to prioritize market segments and target prospects within each segment, finalize sales materials and deliverables. We can aid your team with materials to gain feedback about the offering from target prospects to assess ability to close customers and target partnerships with the appropriate resources, and strategy alternatives for go-to market.

 

Organizational Development

We can analyze your current corporate structure – reporting levels, span of control, delegation of authority, etc. to identify and propose organization efficiencies. In concert with your HR professionals, we validate job descriptions to match organization needs with your key performance indicators (KPI). We support you in new organization functions as coaches, mentors and offer communications strategies where necessary.

 

IT Strategic and Tactical Planning

We assist organizations with developing both long-term strategic and short-term tactical plans for their technology needs. Strategic planning focuses on multi-year visions while tactical planning provides actionable steps to implement the strategic vision. Planning involves assessing the organization's current IT operations, identifying pain points and opportunities, analyzing industry trends, and providing specific relevant recommendations. The goal is to align client organization’s technology initiatives with overall business goals.

 

Board of Directors Engagement

There are many areas where the board of directors needs information to be fiduciary and add value to the company.  We coalesce the mission, vision and business plan from the C-suite to translate and align strategies, goals and objectives with the Board.  This includes:  reviewing current strategies and their results (KPI), conducting strategic planning sessions and SWOT analyses, listening sessions and identifying areas of high and low performance as well as recommendations for applicable job functions, tools, and organizational restructuring.
